About
Harvey Ira Stern runs the Beverly Hills office and oversees our Construction Law Practice. Harvey excels at bringing parties together in compromise and has consistently gotten favorable results for his clients in court. He has argued before the California Court of Appeal and has been published by that same court.
Holding both a real estate broker’s license and a general contractor’s license he is currently the President of both Vision Realty and Stern Mosey Design Build. His companies have brokered, purchased, developed and built many projects. This experience gives Harvey a decided edge when discussing and evaluating your case or issue. It saves many hours of trying to explain the intricacies of your case to your attorney.
Born and raised in Ohio, Harvey attended Kent State University and holds a BS in Business Administration. His ten-day vacation to Los Angeles after graduating college has lasted for over 30 years, during which he earned his Juris Doctorate. He has owned and operated successful businesses, acting as president and CEO for many, including a real estate firm, escrow company, and business brokerage firm.
Away from the office Harvey is an accomplished tennis player, guitar player (not as accomplished), and loves spending time with family and friends. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife Tasia and their three lovely children.
